We
made special arrangements with the Winchester Mystery House to roam its
haunted halls while our stainless beauties guard the entrance in a spot
set aside just for us. The morning started out with arranging 8 cars and
1 Pantera outside the House and walking to brunch at Flames Restaurant
next door. We had 30 people on our tour of the House. Click here to see pictures from the day.
Blackhawk
Auto Museum
On the 11th of September
we met for brunch and toured the Blackhawk Auto Museum in Danville,
CA. (www.blackhawkauto.org/).
We booked to display
our cars in the big circle in front of the museum from noon to 4PM after
meeting for brunch at 10AM at Max's Diner
in San Ramon.
The
first photo shows some of us gathering at the restaurant. The second
shows the results of the caravan of DeLoreans hitting a duck on the
way to the restaurant from the San Jose area. Ryan hit it first and
the rest followed!
Our
caravan from the restrauant was less eventful. Here you see our cars
lined up in the big circle at the Blackhawk. For a time we had 6 cars
but one of the owners could not stay. If you click on the small panoramic
photo with us posing in front of our cars, you can then click on the
displayed photo to see a full resolution copy.
The
last 4 photos are from inside the museum.
We
hope to have a more detailed report to post here soon!
Palo
Alto Concours
Sunday,
June 26, 2005
The
Palo Alto Concours was great! Steve, Jeff, and I (Ryan), had a
great time and if I may say so, we had a great showing as well.
Flanked by $80k Vipers on one side and $150k Ford GT40s on another, we
managed to hold our own and draw a whole lot of attention. What is it
about our cars? =)
